Disappointing Repair Experience with Vodacom Mayville and Vodacom customer repair centre in Hatfield.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Vodacom Mayville's repair service. I sent my phone in to fix the charging block, but the screen cracked during the repair process at their Hatfield centre. Despite multiple follow-ups over two months, I've been given conflicting information, and the issue remains unresolved.

The store offered me a discount to buy a new phone or pay for a screen replacement, but I believe it's unfair to pay for damages that occurred while the phone was in their possession. I have screenshots as proof that the phone was damaged while in their care, which adds to my frustration. They keep on telling me that they are escalating the matter and yet there is no progress.

I am still waiting for feedback from you guys. This just shows lack of accountability and follow-through from you guys. It’s been two months without a phone and I do not think you guys understand how fraustrated I am neither do you take your customers seriously.

I have been waiting for feedback for with no communication from the Vodacom team. I recieved a call from a Vodacom consultant asking if I got my phone back as it was sent to the Mayville store on the 7th of June. On Saturday 14th of June I went there to check if there is any progress on the issue and they said the matter is at Vodacom’s head office a the phone is not back yet.

This just shows that thee phone is not fixed yet and I want my phone fixed. I do not know who will be taking accountability for the damages but someone from Vodacom had to. This also shows that not only am I receiving lack of communication from the Vodacom team as to what has to be done about my phone, but there is a lack of communication amongst the Vodacom team in itself

It’s been 3 months without my phone. The store that took my phone which is the mayville store isn’t picking up my calls. Your service is horrible. I want my phone fixed from the damages caused by Vodacom mayville and Vodacom Hatfield repair centre. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! How unprofessional coming from a big company like Vodacom.
