Disappointing

I received a R30 vodapay coupon on there unlock summer rewards more than a week ago , a few days later I tried to use it but couldn't because I didn't receive the activation sms.i contacted Vodacom numerous times via the live chats and phone calls but it still has not been resolved and based on the fact that I had to contact them for any feedback I have no confidence that it will be resolved
