Disappointing customer service..No communication

I am now flippen annoyed at the service I have been getting, this is my second hello peter review and nothing has change, I'm still awaiting feedback from the lenasia branches regarding my phone that was taken for repairs on the 7th of May, I received a call from Vodacom's hello peter department, spoke to Dean who advise me my phone is ready to be collect, sent my uncle to the store where he was told that the phone is not ready, they waiting for parts, then I called and spoke to Zakirah at the branch, who says she has heard no communication from the repair center regarding my phone, today is the 30th my phone was sent in on the 7th..I'm at the point where I am ready to cut all ties with vodacom, would rather go to another service provider
