disappointing customer service

Pathetic how vodacom has still not gotten back to me on my issue with my contracts with them, you keep phoning them and get told that the query will be escalated to the persons supervisor and that's where it stays. Then Mohamed phones me while i am in the shop i ask him to phone me back after 1 hour, which he never did. This is a disgrace how you are easily taking my money every month but when i have a problem you are silent. Such a big name, such disappointing customer service
