Disappointing and frustrating service received form the Vodacom team

Don't really know where to start in the disappointing and frustrating service I have received from Vodacom this past week.

Firstly - my 2 year contract has come to an end, and strangely enough, my LG G4 handset also just froze and stopped working. The fact that my handset stopped working within a month after my contract ended definitely raises suspicion. A phone that has never before given me problems, just randomly one day decides to freeze and never go back on again? That doesn't sound right.

Secondly - I then take my handset in to Vodacom repairs at Cresta Shopping Centre. I receive a quote for over R4000 to have it fixed? Nobody tells me what is wrong with the phone or what needs to be repaired. The only option we get is to reject or accept the quote? Quote rejected!

Thirdly - While I was at Vodacom repairs they tell me that my phone is out of warranty. When I asked them how that could be possible as my (original) contract started in March, they said I should go to the Vodacom shop upstairs to sort it out. At the Vodacom shop they asked me why the Vodacom repairs team sent me upstairs when they could have answered all my questions themselves. Already I was very frustrated and this back and forth wasn't helping. There I found out that the salesperson who contacted me in December 2017 that offered to upgrade my package to a better package suited to my needs, at a discounted rate, did not only change my package but has put me on a contract for another 2 years?

This means that with my phone currently not working and me having another 2 year contract with Vodacom (which I absolutely don't agree with), I cannot take out a new contract or do an upgrade?

I feel like I have been cheated into this. You are very close to losing me as a long standing customer. Please can somebody sort this out as a matter of urgency? Alternatively I will cancel my contract with Vodacom and move to somebody that looks after their customers.
