Disappointing

I went to Vodacom’s outlet in Thaba Mall in Thabazimbi to take out an additional cell phone contract

There are only two women working there and they don’t seem to have any communication s****s. Firstly, they don’t write anything down so they make you repeat your ID number, cell phone number and sim card number every time that they need so complete the application on the computer… which was about 12 times (I am not even exaggerating) They don’t have any knowledge about their products and they are extremely rude. They don’t phone you like they promise to do. They informed me that the device will be there after two working days, it was not. When I went to the shop on the third day to ask if it has arrived yet, the woman first ignored me and after I asked again, she just rolled her eyes in “frustration” and rudely answered “No” because I was bothering her while she was texting on her personal phone.

If you work in a shop, you are to treat customers with respect!
