Disappointed...Will never use their service again!!!

Case Number: XLI-885016-X5S6 CRM:***...7days later still no response nor refund from vodapay support

I only bought 20G for R229.00 but two payments went through from my account JUST LIKE LAST MONTH, this is so frustrating, please refund me back my other R229.00 only 1 R229.00 was supposed to have been charged not two. Please don't ask me for a reference number as I never received any after the transaction went through.
