Disappointed with Vodacom Hallmark

Im very dissatisfied with Vodacom, received a call weeks ago abt a contract phone bt after the presentation I was not happy with what they are offering so i did not take iz, yesterday went to game to get blackfriday special on phones was told i was a pending qoute so i need to cancel so i can sign up called vodacom was told it was done under Hallmark so thy could not cancel it been calling the 011 number thy gave for 2 hours no answer sprnt so much on airtime but no solution *** t g
