Disappointed with no fedback

Hi<br> <br> I posted a complaint on Hello Peter last week Friday. I got a call on Sat and was told it will be investigated and someone will call me back. Its nearly a week and I have not gotten a call or any feedback. This is disappointing and I am not use to this type of service from Vodacom. Service is the only reason I keep ALL my contracts with Vodacom.
