disappointed vodacom user
i am currently a vodacom user for all the time i had a cell phone. my contract has come to an end and i have called vodacom over 4 times and there seems like no one can assist me. i am given a contract which is far less that what i have. How does vodacom expect me to stay with them with this service. the agents are cut and dry. they promise to call back but never do. please can someone call me to assist me with a new contract, if not i will cancel and move to telkom or mtn.

01 Sept 2023, 09:23Good day , its been like a month and i am highly frustrated i had at least 5 people call me and promise me the world, last calls was nobuntu and her email does not make sense.
i need a senior manager to contact me and assist me. i have had a cell phone from inception and now i hear a different story.
this is pathetic, could she not have phoned me.
what service is vodacom giving their clients.
dissapointed and not happy.
