Disappointed Vodacom customer

I'm very disappointed in Vodacom. I spoke to a guy called #a%r from vodacom as i wanted to cancel one of my contracts that came to an end. He put me on a different contract where i would pay less and receive an i pad with 1Gig data a month. Thst is what was explained to me. I agreed. a Few days layer the device was delivered to my house but with no sim card. I phoned Vodacom several times without success. Eventually i spoke to a %@&# from Vodacom who told me she knows %÷# and will pass the message on to him. 2 days went by and he never phoned me. Then i phoned them again and spoke to a different woman who said she knows *@%÷ and she will send him the message. I explained my situation to her and she said i have to go into a Vodacom store and do a sim swap. I said but /÷!@ never told me this. He just sold the i pad to me and told me ill have 1 Gig data a month. This lady then said no its not 1 gig, its 500 megs in the day and 500 megs at night. Ao i feel ive been **** to just so someone could sell a contract to me. The terms and co ditions state that you can cancel in 10 days time. I am trying my best to cancel but this man who sold it to me is ducking and diving. Vodacom customer service is bad
