Disappointed service at vodacom

I am disappointed with the services I am getting at Vodacom. I've been calling since Monday for them to fix my wifi since it doesn't network connection. Ever since then they on keep on saying they will come up until now they haven't. I only received a reference number which is FR***. When I call the call center the agents keep on saying they will escalate this matter to the technical team..
