Disappointed in Vodacom Nicolway

I am so disgusted by the service I received at Vodacom Nicolway, I took in my phone for repairs a month ago, no one bothered to call me an tell me to collect the phone, instead I had to visit the store several times to follow up, eventually when I received the phone this guy just insisted I sign a paper and take my phone without any feedback, his attitude stinks!
