Disappointed in Vodacom Kolonnade

I have been such a fan of Vodacom’s customer service and efficiency but the experience I had today at Vodacom Kolonnade was absolutely appalling. Before be assisted by a lovely lady named Karabo and gentleman named Tumelo I had to encounter Timoney Moro. Timoney is not only rude but he is also dismissive, I was sent to him and instead of greeting and politely indicating that he was unfortunately busy can he hand me over to his colleague, he immediately cut me off and said go to him for help.

Aside from this no manner, rude and dismissive individual the service I got at the end was as I always expect wonderful from Vodacom. Tumelo and Karabo were an absolute pleasure to be serviced by.

It is people like Timoney who will have clients turn away from brands and affect their reputation because they shouldn’t be in customer facing roles, I hope Vodacom Kolonnade will attend to this and correct the behaviour accordingly.
