Disappointed in vodacom fibre l

Vodacom fibre line are off since 2022/04/09, contact Vodacom fibre department without any success, all what they have an outage on their fibre, no where on the internet can you find what is wrong or they don't make any announcements via social media about a problem from their side, there are people who are working from home, who are dependent on the internet, now their work are standing still.
