Disappointed in Vodacom

I am very disappointed in Vodacom. In January 2020 i did an online application for a new contract. They sent me an email stating that the contract is being shipped. End of February i still haven't received enything. I phoned and they said it was canceled because someone was supposed to call me to confirm the order and no one did and that they ate sorry about it. I then asked that they will open a new contract again. The women i spoke to placed a new order and she said that everything is in order she just need my id ect. First the email with that information did not go through. I phoned again and she said sorry she gave the wrong email. So i sent all my information again. Today it is already 2 weeks back again and no one called me to confirm my order for the new contract. I did try to call again today but every time the phone is only ringing.
