Disappointed in their service

I am trying to upgrade a contract I have had for just over 2 years now. I am currently under debt review, and now Vodacom is declining my request to upgrade. I have never missed a payment. When you call the call centre all they can tell me is that I am due for an upgrade. You cannot phone the acquisitions department directly so nobody can actually explain to you why this is done. Your cellphone contract is not part of the debt review contract as you put it in as your monthly expenses. As I explained I have never missed a debit order and Vodacom is discriminating against people that are under debt review. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. When I contacted my debt counselor, I was told that I will not have any problems upgrading as I'm not applying for a new contract but simply just upgrade. And to make sure it does not exceed what I'm currently paying now on the contract.

Then I would like to cancel this course tract as it's of no use to me. I've never skipped a payment. And this was declared when I app**** for Debt reconstruction. I was not in arrears before I app****. But I guess that does not matter. Since when is a service agreement treated as a credit account?
