Disappointed in the add-on deal with Vodacom with the ps5 package

Vodacom im actually disappointed, We opted in for your add on sales regarding the owning of your fibre line , we choose the ps5 add on deal which said to include EA FC26 and Cable guy mini , Now ps5 arrived but the additional items never did now i understand that the ps5 is digital but we never received a code for the game either.
