Disappointed

After I fell very ill I had to make an arrangement to pay my arrears, I would be put on prepaid till up to date. They would phone me to make new arrangements after 6 months. Then threats came to cancel my number if didn't pay which I thought was spam as I was paying. Eventually a guy phoned me and I told him I had a bad month but would pay by the 6th Nov which I did. About a week ago I realized that my numbers weren't working so I phoned in and was told by collections my numbers doesn't ezist and I cant get it back. Then I was told to pay full arrears then they would give me the numbers back. I told her I won't be able to as I'm unemployed due to illness. I asked if I could speak to a manager or somebody in a higher position, the reply was no, there's nothing anybody can do for you, pay the arrears in 7 days or lose your numbers forever and then they close the account forever, I. Permanently lose all my numbers and must pay off the account. My whole life revolves around those number and all I asked was for another arrangement as I have no cash being on a sassa pension. Can't belteve this treatment being with vodacom for more than 30 years. Anyway that's my review and if they leave me closed down there nothing much I can do but just disappointed. 2 of the numbers cancelled ***
