Disappointed, Do I need to be white to get good service???

I have never been so disappointed with a service provider like this in my entire existence. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years but today they treating me like I don't matter and taking my money for no reason. I am very angry.

I went into Vodacom Clearwater on the 30th May 2018 to purchase a phone and laptop on contract, I was assisted by a white guy, I don't remember his name. He sold me the phone and I requested for a contract laptop, the one I initially wanted was the R249.00 laptop package, which I was approved for. The person helping gave me the wrong package, he noticed that he didn't have this laptop in the shop and still did not inform me as a customer, opted to give me the wrong package, one I didn't ask for. The package I was given was for R179.00. When I got home I realized that I didn't have some of the things that came with the R249.00 package, called the clearwater store and only then they decide to tell me they gave me that package because they didn't have the one I wanted. This is all without consulting me.

I went back to the shop, with my petrol to rectify, the manager Eli was able to sort things out but i ended up having to take the R179.00 package. A week later, I get my Vodacom monthly bill and the numbers there didn't make sense. So, I call Vodacom and I am told that I owe an amount of R6,500.00. Where did this come from?????

When I spoke to the vodacom consultant, she advised me that they is an error, had I not called and verify, i would have been debited because Vodacom clearly does not care about us and doesn't do their work properly.

While I was waiting for that to be sorted, I wake up two mornings later and I see my account was debited by Vodacom of an amount of 171.18, I had no idea why they were debiting my account, no one told me my account would be debited middle of the month. I called into Vodacom and I was told they would respond, no one has called me or clearly even cares.

Why is Vodacom doing this???? Perhaps I need to be white to get the rightful attention or the right service.
