Disappointed

I bought a phone in April but the phone has already gone for repairs , last months it was not switching on so they advised that I take it to them for repairs. The phone came back but this time the speaker was not working properly… I don’t understand why I have to go through this especially with a new phone .. This is the first time I’m having issues with Vodacom. I’ve been using them for years .. I’m very disappointed
