Disappointed customer

On Monday 9 January I upgraded my Samsung S4 to an huawei p9 lite. My microsim was changed to nanosim. After the sim swap took place I decided to download all my apps from the play store only to find it doesn't work. It rejects my password and email - which I use for everything. On Tuesday 10 January I phoned Vodacom in Vincent east London and I was told it either a soft ware problem or a factory fault and must bring the phone in. I could only go in today due to work times. I was told I cannot receive a new phone even though a complaint was made and its within the first 7 days. The phone must be assessed and then be sent to Johannesburg which takes 7-10 working days. For those days I must sit without a phone. If I want my Samsung to work I must either pay for another simswap back to my micro SIM or buy an adapter. Im highly disappointed as this is a brand new phone.
