Disappointed customer

I was very disappointed with our local Vodacom store. I app**** for the the PS4 deal several months ago and was told it would take some time before receiving both the phone and the Playstation which I was okay with.

After a few months of waiting and not receiving any feedback I phoned the store and was told my application was never sent in because if they have to wait longer than one month, the form would expire and they would have to do it again- How was the Playstation ever suppose to arrive if my application was never sent it? I also don't understand why I was not informed of this and wasted my time waiting. I was told that I would no longer be able to receive this deal as it has expired and that I would have to wait should new deals be offered.

Vodacom has been my only service provided over the years but after this negligence I feel like I should rather join another company and avoid further disappointments!!
