Disappointed consumer

I am so absolutely appalled by Vodacom SA, i had been Vodacom user until July 2019 as a result of misinterpreted information given to by a Vodacom sales consultant in Pavillion store (more than likely to obtain a sale), when I came to this knowledge in July 2019 I then settled my entire vodacom contract in the same pavilion store and thereafter moved Telkom and have been with them since. Early this month (August 2021) I have been harassed daily by Vodacom saying that I have an outstanding amount of R134 on my vodacom account, after explaining that my account had been settled in store in full in July 2019 they informed me that the account was in a credit of R56 (despite that the account had been settled in store in full in July 2019) the consultant went on to explain that any refund costs R100.. So they basically charged R100 to refund the R56 to the account (which is supposed to be settled in full in July 2019) As a result they've had an outstanding balance of R134, despite the fact that this Maths doesn't even make sense I made my way to the very same store in Pavillion to get the situation ratified. The store manager has proven be quite helpful in trying to resolve the matter by taking payment of the "outstanding balance" and trying to get to the bottom of what exactly may be going on. Nevertheless this credibility threatening and gnashing of teeth experience with Vodacom (after having zero dealings with them since 2019) has reminded why I switched from Vodacom and has reinstated why I shall never recommend this service provider.
