Disappointed client

Vodacom is the worst company to deal with. My wife paid of an account that she had with them. It's been almost 5 months and they have yet to respond to calls or messages. It's still appearing on her credit profile. She has posted on Hello Peter previously and vodacom said they will call her back. But to date no response from Vodacom. They are holding up a home loan application .
