Disappointed by Vodacom

Good Day Today it was my worse experience of my life at the Vodacom shop Scottburgh mall with the person was supposed to help me. He was shouting at me in front of the staff members and client, that guy needs to go for customer service workshop the way he spoke to me. When I asked for manger still he was still rude shouting at, I asked for his name he refused to give me his name then the manager came out from his office because of the noise. I told the manager still the guy was shouting at me in front of him he does not have respect for nobody. I am not sure why vodacom shop hire this rude people like this. So the manger ask him to give me his name, then a I asked for his surname than he was shouting at me "what else do you need my I D number, cellphone" 😡 I said yes everything, this happened in front of the manger. He never apologies nothing. His name is Keldon Naicker.
