Disappointed at Vodacom

I am disappointed at the poor service that I got from Vodacom. I had app**** for a phone to me delivered to me at home, unfortunately I could not be home as I had something urgent to attend to. I then arranged with a 3rd party to receive my phone and provided my ID so that they can get my parcel. I then called the courier service to inform them, they asked me to call Vodacom so that they can get authority from them to do so. I did as I was told and called Vodacom to make the arrangement, I was sent to the after sales department and spoke to Bongani Dlamini who told me that he can not assist. I asked to speak to hisanager who is a coloured gentleman by the me of Keith who was of no assistance. I told them that if they can not assist I will cancel the order as I am leaving town in the next 2 days. Keith did not hesitate to cancel my order, he told me that he will do as I had asked. I would like to say that I am very disappointed at Vodacom and their staff, they do not care about clients I was a potential client who was going to port to them but after the poor level of service that I received from them I am glad that I am not a client to them. Imagine if they are going to treat a potential client like that, how would they treat an existing client? I had written to Keitj"s manager as I was told that she does not take calls and it is disappointing to mention that she also hasn't gotten back to me, which goes to show at how poor their service is. I have also tweeted about the incident and it has been 4 hours. SHAME ON VODACOM
