disappointed, angry customer

my new phone has yet again crushed for the 3rd time, it was booked 2 months ago and now it is doing the same thing again. Is this how I will live my life. I think is time to include my legal team coz vodacom is taking me for a ride. they never gave me feedback about why this phone keeps on crashing now I have to suffer because of them selling nonsense phones to customers. if this ridiculous company does not take this phone back and give me a new phone I am going to sue their ass now, and I have submitted a complaint with my legal team I want to take vodacom to court for misleading me and ******** me by selling a phone that they knew has a problem. nonsense, a ridiculous, selfish company that robb people of their hard-earned money. I am tired of vodacom treating me like a fool. I wantVodacom to take this nonsense phone BACK

What nonsense are you talking about 'book my phone, same thing till when? so it means in these 24 months I will do the same stupid process of booking a brand new phone for repairs it is hardly 6 months this phone has crashed 3 times if you do not collect this stupid device I am going the legal route I am tired of same old ****. I am trying to be polite but your company is really rubbing me the wrong way. I DEMAND THIS PHONE TO BE COLLECTED BACK and I GET A NEW PHONE, I won't take this lying down you are used to doing this to customers I demand a new phone or my attorney will deal with you

I still have not received a call I demand someone to call me asap coz no one seems to know their job when I call I want this phone to be taken back and I want a new phone my work is stuck I can't do anything but you guys debited my account without any delay.
