Disappointed and very angry

So disappointed with vodacom till today my problem it hasn't been solve i received a call first last week of January and they were supposed to have called me later which they never did now im receiving bill of a phone that i dont have cause vodacom employees are ***********. It breaks my heart to see that vodacom doesn't care about their clients especially been a client of them for over 18 year and this is how they treat their loyal customers.. All i want now i for vodacom to clear my name and they can keep their contact i will find other shop that are willing to give me new service just clear my name then i can move forward its been almost five months talking about the same thing, CAN SOMEONE IN VODACOM DO THEIR JOB
