Disappointed and Upset

Where do I begin? After being a loyal client of Vodacom.... I'm so disappointed. I get a call after I wanted to cancel my contract. I was then informed my last debit is September. Vodacom then charges me in October. Thinking they made an error I reversed the debit. They then tell me that my last debit is October yet the telephonic conversation I had with their employee told me September. NOW they debit my account without notifying me and charge me an extra R100 because I reversed it. Yet NO PROOF that substantiates their claim regarding the debit information that I was given was incorrect as conveniently they informed me that the first part of the recording is unavailable. NOW HOW IS THIS MY FAULT? I was told SEPTEMBER is my LAST debit. THEY DEBIT ME... THEY HAVE NO PROOF... AND NOW THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA? And don't have the decency to get back to me to at least say yes we have proof or no we don't.... Seriously disappointed and upset.

I think vodacom needs to re-train their employees..... So here's the story.... Well..... I did receive a call from one of their employees. I am still disappointed and even more peeved than before. I was in formed NOW that apparently the voice recording was heard in full and on the recording I was informed that I would be debited at the end of September, (note no mention of october) seeing that I corrected the individual in the recording regarding my debit date... I shudv expected my debit to take place on the 1st of October. So as a client I must fill in the blanks?

Now what exactly is my problem? The manner in which this was handled. Firstly I should have received a courtesy email saying... Mam we have listened to the recording and yes ur debit date shud have been on the 1st. We are sorry but we will be debiting ur account shortly. Or something to this effect....

BUT NO.... no courtesy. For a client that has been with them for so many years? Had different contracts with them? Seriously
Then an obnoxious ass of an individual decided to phone me in the evening to inform me that the amount debited stands. There are better ways to talk to an already ****ed off client. No people skills. I hope the bosses listen to the recording and hear that I was not happy and that my question regarding the courtesy email was just deferred. Not answered. And instead I get a response off... I wasn't dealing with that.... Really?? So don't your employees represent your company and irrespective whether they handled it before or not....apologise for the lack of courtesy?

Still ****ed off. Vodacom you have lost a client for good as I have always taken one contract or another at some point irrespective of canceling current contracts. I tolerated the high data prices only because I liked the customer service..... But now.... No more. Oh be sure that I will inform ALL FRIENDS and FAMILY. So I guess our business is not needed.

Thank you for nothing
