Disappointed and unhappy :-(

After my 3rd complaint on helo peter I am VERY disappointed once again in vodacom!!! Recentcly upgraded and my phone does not want to download any new apps. Was told to go to vodacon repair store after MANY other attempts and went to Tygervalley branch. Natasha helped me, when I shared my problem I was firstly asked if I have data on my phone....really? She did not even bother to look or try anything on my phone, just told me it has to be checked in. She also told me that all my contacts will be wiped from my phone but for an extra R120 I can keep my contacts. It seems to me vodacom is all about what they can get and taking instead of pleasing their customers and making them happy because to be honest I am sitting with a phone I can do nothing with so what is the use. Best would probably be to cancel my contract and look for a service provider that actually care about their customers. I am fedup with trying and getting the door slammed in my face all the time!!!
