Disappointed and disused at Service of Vodacom

Got my new contract for a Huawei 14i , not happy with the phone and want to return it , I got the new contract on the 25th of march 2026 2 days ago but yet the Store where I purchased it says I cannot return it only if something is wrong with it however they refuse to have me return the device so much for there refund and return policy
