Disappointed and disgusted once again

Once again the only reason there is only one star is because it wont allow me to start my review. Been a loyal vodacom customer for 20years, I currently have 3 contracts with them, I have been called numerous times to upgrade my contract, I now can upgrade however due to my circumstances I was forced to go onto debt review, Vodacom is not part of my debt review accounts and they are paid on time if not earlier every month. They have advised that I can upgrade my account but cannot give me the device. Lets look at logic, if the contract says the Samsung Galaxy on contract is R1000 and states what you get for it, then why am I paying a higher fee and the device is not included. regardless of weather their device comes with it or not its the same price. Its like going to the shop and saying heres the seeds they cost the same as the whole apple but you cant have the apple, Really Vodacom? Vodacom is a joke of a company, this is how they treat long standing customers. and I would rather move over to MTN or Cell C whop has offered me a better deal.
