Disappointed again!

So, if I buy something from any shop and I decide for whatever reason to return that item, the store takes back the item and gives me my money back. Vodacom is too good for this though. I bought more airtime than intended due to a finger slip (I entered an extra zero), but they “can’t” refund me! Thanks once again for the worst service EVER, Vodacom!
