Disappointed again

Terrible customer serviceat vodacom shop situated in the grove mall pretoria. As we entered no one assisted us at ticket system. Only after n few minutes did one attend. I wanted to do a simple sim swop. Sooo all the agents were so busy on their phones or chatting and laughing in store than to assist. One was busy with client. They made us wait 15min before calling our number. My father attended with me as i pay the bill but it is on his name. The oh so helpful consultant sat there just said sorry no sim swop account is in arrears. I tried showing him that it was debited he just rep**** not his department we must call vodacom and make payment arrangements out self. So i travelled all the way from harties got my dad there just so that mr important cant assist with billing issues. So why have shops if they cant assist. This was the rudest unhelpful consultant ever!!! Injust want a a new sim as i lost the sim card and paying monthly for airtime I can’t use. The sim number is ********** not to mention the double debit orders attempting to debit.
