Disappointed

It is very crazy that Vodacom goes and records that I missed a payment on my credit record when the whole mess was created by their consultants.

I purchased a new device and I was advised that since I already have an account with Vodacom the pro rata amount will be debited on my next debit date. The debit order goes off on a random day which I did not agree on and obviously returns because I did not make provision for it.

I go in store and I ask if I am supposed to make this payment now they tell me not to and that this debit order will go off in the next few days with my actual payment.

All of a sudden my account is marked as unpaid on the credit companies and when I call in I am told more ******* by some *********** Aphiwe. So I rather get both these accounts cancelled because I am being told lies by your consultants.

Oh and to add on to that the Aphiwe on the call lies and says a missed payment is reported immediately, however according to the credit bureaus it is clear that a missed payment can only be reported 30 days if it is still not paid. This payment was made before 10 days passed when the debit order went off.
