Disappointed

I app**** for a new contract with vodacom last month and got approved on the 24 Feb and I’m still awaiting my device. Every time I call vodacom they tell me to call Ram and when I call RAM they tell me vodacom hasn’t dispatched it. I’m very disappointed at the lack of urgency. It’s almost a month and I still don’t have my phone
