Disappointed

I upgraded my cell phone contract online with Vodacom last week. The phone (iPhone 7) was delivered today but to my surprise the phone is defective. I called the sales and upgrade department ********** 4 @ around 14:00 to inform them the phone is defective and what steps should I take to return the phone. I even suggested going to the branch. The agent told me she would escalate the matter with the admin department and RAM would come and pick up the phone in a matter of days. I asked when the phone would be returned, she informed me it would be anything up to 2 weeks. So, I am sitting here with a defective phone that would be picked up and returned whenever. In addition, there was no SIM card delivered with this phone (it uses a Nano SIM and my current phone uses a Nano SIM) must I now go and buy a SIM card that the Vodacom website states would be provided??? So, I’d like to cancel this order and I will be termination my contract with Vodacom after the 3 months that is remaining in my current contract is over. This is ridiculous!!!
