Disappointed

I app**** for an iPhone and approved on the 22nd of November I was advised that I will get the phone within 5-7 days I must wait for the verifying department to call me to verify my delivery the verification was done and I was told that the phone was out for delivery on the 29th. I was called by the lady called Petronella from Skynet to confirm delivery but unfortunately I have not received my phone until today. I called the Vodacom customer care number to find out what I can do to get my phone they told me that I have to contact Skynet. the consultant was very rude unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I do not have a contract with Skynet and I know nothing about Skynet as I was approved by VODACOM not SKYNET I'm still waiting for a phone that I was approved for on the 22nd of November. No one between Vodacom or Skynet is able to assist in this matter or even tell me when the delivery is going to be done.
