Disappointed!!!
The customer service at Vodacom Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein is extremely poor. I went in to enquirer about the abnormal increase on my monthly installments. The lady kept on raising her voice when talking to me like she was the one having installment problem. The only thing I got out of her was phone numbers to call Vodacom accounts. I’m still disappointed in the poor customer service.
