Disappointed

I had taken a laptop contract in July 2016. On taking the contract i told the sales rep Amanda that I want to take it over 24 months and not 36 months as it clearly states in my contract under contract period. This year I kept receiving sms's to say my contract was up for renewal. I went to the plaza branch were I had taken my contract filled in the paper work here again I requested a 24 month contract not a 36 month contract. On completion of all the paper work I was told they didn't have stock at the moment and was asked to wait a few days before I could pick up the laptop. I agreed. On receiving a phone call I went to pickup my laptop. Only to hear that I can't get it as it's a 36 months contract. My contract clearly states that it's a 24 months contract under contract period and the Vodacom reps have told me I'm up for a renewal when I had asked.
