Disappointed

I went into the new town Vodacom to get a addition line as I walked into the store no one was ready to assist me I waited until I had to go and ask somone for help as they were to busy talking.

I walked to the guy told him what I needed he looks at me saying where is your bank statement I said but you have even looked into my profile and you telling me about bank statement then he continue to insist I need bank statements without checking my information to see that I have been with Vodacom for many years.

After 15minutes back I forth I walked out of the store without as my help and the guy in the shop caused a scene everyone looking at me and no assistance I am so disappointed that this happened. Considering I always stayed with Vodacom for service and this is the kinds of service I get.
