Disappointed
My goodness Vodacom, how long does it take you guys to courier one's device? And I'm just wondering if your call center agents go through any training as the ALL seem to have different times for delivery. I have been waiting for you guys to sent my device to the courier but that doesn't seem like it's going to happen. What does one have to do to get some assistance???
