Disappointed
Vodapay app is highly advertised I used it to purchase 2 data transactions, both were debited off my card and no data given I called vodacom 4 times in 1 week with NO success in getting a reference for my call or even a refund notification 1 agent says 3 days 1 says 5 and 1 says 14 days They are not even trained to give the same information this is my 3rd mishap and disappointment with vodacom thus far in 2021 SUPER DISAPPOINTED
