Disappearing Minutes
On Tuesday evening i purchased a \just 4 you\" promotion of 300 minutes for 10 days to use between 9pm and 23:59pm. I received a confirmation sms but i am yet to see the minutes. R12 was deducted from my airtime but whenever i check balance for the purchased promotion, i get a message saying i have no active promotion. I have tried calling customer care but I cannot get through. I would like to enjoy the benefits of what I bought."
