Dear Vodacom I would like to thank you for your speedy response to my grievance.

As a loyal Vodacom customer one wants to believe that your query and complaints are being dealt with in a fair and equitable manner.

Well done on resolving this.

However no one from customer services called me to follow up on my complaint.

It was only after I recharged my data that I saw that my data bundles had been restored.

As a loyal Vodacom customer of close to 5 years I would like to make the following suggestions tohelp you improve the quality of your service:

1. Investigate the data bundles system and ensure that the price you charge customers for connectivity is fair and equitable

2. Ensure transparency in your data billing

3. Train your customer consultants to effectively and efficiently assist customers.

If the consultant doesn't know how to assist a client then what recourse is open to your clients?

4. Dealing fairly and openly with your clients will build trust between the company and the client

I truly hope you review and engage with me and other clients on these suggestions gowing forward.

And I hope I will not be plagued with a similar issue of disappearing data in the Future.
