Disappearing Data and Bad Connection
Dear Vodacom,
I have had a few data contracts with Vodacom for years under a business contract. One of the accounts started running our of data every two days this week and now the second one has begun to do so as well. My general usage of my data has not changed. You will see that one of the sticks has only started recently depleting and it is 100% out of the norm of my history for this contract. The other one in question generally gets topped up 1x per month. Suddenly they are depleting every two days. I request that you look into this and return the data that has been taken. I also ported my number to Vodacom about a year ago and surprising enough, I was able to survive on 1GB of data with MTN and at least 500MB of it over monthly. Since being with Vodacom, I am barely able to manage to stay within my 750MB each month. My phone usage is unchanged as well hence my belief that Vodacom is unrightfully removing data from contracts. Since running out of data, I started getting calls from two of your numbers ********** and ********** - however when I pick up the phone there is no one on the other end. These calls have coincided with my contract suddenly running out of data.
I am not prepared to buy additional data as I fear it will also disappear in two days. This is getting to be ridiculous. Add this to the intermittant/bad connection of late in my area as well. Vodacom, I need to work and you are now preventing me from doing this.
Please contact me on ********** .
