Disappearing Data & Airtime

I am getting so frustrated with calling Vodacom, waiting days for a resolution (promise to receive a call) but instead getting a long SMS & Vodacom being correct and that as a "one time gesture" they will reimburse 250 MB.

Since the 24th of December my airtime & data have been disappearing, I have been asked about my my app refresher (which doesn't bank up automatically) and all kinds of things.

The reality is that VODACOM has been taking my airtime & data & over the past 2 days I have spent over R200 in data & another R250 rands in data which has disappeared in minutes.

Besides VODACOM where else can one go with these kind of complaints of appalling charges & rates to loyal customers of a network that clearly isn't deserving.

They resolve their own issues & do their own "investigations" which they don't share with us & we have to trust that they are right ALL THE TIME.

VODACOM are data & airtime MONGERES with ridiculous customer service agents who promise to call bank but never do
