Disappearing data

I am so not happy with Vodacom, I have been a customer for 20 years,Last year I got data contract for 5GB a month, if get finished in two weeks without using that much,since all was fine,since this year,it gone bad to worse,I am thinking switching.

I know about switching off background data,and automatic update, my data is gone with all this being inactive.
