Disappearing data.

Good day

I seriously have problem with Vodacom and it has left me very Disappointed . It’s almost two weeks that every time I load data it disappears in a very shocking manner. I would load 5 GB and it would get depleted in a minute. I called Vodacom Customer care and I was told not to load data and wait for their investigation to get done on their side. I find it very frustrating that a company that I should be getting outstanding service from because i am a customer is that i’m expected to not to switch on my data and not be able to connect to the internet. I went to a Vodacom store and another mobile store in Mall of the North and i was told that my phone settings has no problem but my network does. I resorted to Hellopeter since the agents in the solutions department are being so rude and I feel like my matter is not attended with urgency.
